Marlene Dietrich (27 December 1901 – 6 May 1992) was a German-born American actress and singer who starred in a number of silent films before having the leading role in a range of Hollywood films. This still is from the 1939 American Western ‘Destry Rides Again’ in which Dietrich played Frenchy, the saloon singer.
